Driver, Inc.: tour booking, in one tap.

The problem

Driver, Inc. runs cart rentals and entertainment tours. Bookings and day-to-day operations lived in spreadsheets and text message threads, so every reservation meant back-and-forth with the customer and a manual update somewhere else.

A traditional app from the app stores would have meant a big quote, a long build, and asking every customer to download something before they could book.

What we built

We built Driver, Inc. a progressive web app: a real app that customers open from a link and add to their home screen in one tap, with nothing to download.

• Customers pick a tour night from a calendar and book it from their phone.
• Cart rentals and tours sit side by side, so customers see everything Driver, Inc. offers in one place.
• One build runs on iPhone, Android, and desktop, and keeps working when the signal drops.
